Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Policy

We have a policy for the Prevention of Sexual Harassment in the workplace that sets out the Firm’s expectations for employee behaviour and provides guidelines for reporting and responding to incidents of sexual harassment.
Whistle-blower Policy
Our Firm is dedicated to upholding high ethical standards and values of honesty, integrity, humility, independence, objectivity, and transparency in all professional assignments and interactions.
To do so, we have voluntarily implemented a Whistle-blower Policy and Vigil Mechanism to provide a way for partners, employees, articles, consultants, and clients to report any violations of the independence policies or ICAI’s Code of Ethics to the Ethics & Independence Committee.
