At P G BHAGWAT LLP, our team’s ongoing education and professional development is of paramount importance. To uphold this, we have established a robust training policy that ensures our staff remain informed and proficient in the ever-evolving field of Chartered Accountancy.
Internal Training
Our partners are dedicated to promoting a learning culture and encouraging our audit staff to engage in additional training opportunities to expand their knowledge and mastery. Along with the mandatory training hours required by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, our staff are encouraged to attend our in-house training sessions to fulfil their training requirements. Our comprehensive training program encompasses regular in-house sessions, periodic updates on pertinent laws and regulations, training sessions hosted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and other team-specific training programs.
External Training
Our partners strongly believe in sharing their rich and diverse professional experiences. They often receive invitations to speak at various forums, including ICAI, professional and client meetings, where they impart technical training sessions. Some partners are also involved in contributing to ICAI guidance notes and publications. In addition, the partners are committed to enhancing the skills of their colleagues in the finance and account departments of their clients by regularly organising training sessions on the latest updates in accounts, audit, law, taxes, and other relevant fields.
