We have thus implemented the “Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Rules, 2013” outlined by the Central Government. Our training program includes regular in-house sessions, updates on laws and regulations, ICAI training sessions, and team-specific programs. We support our audit staff, including articles, in attending ICAI’s training events by subsidising their event fees. Additionally, we have policies that promote taking certificate courses from ICAI or other recognised institutes.
