Our Training Program

At PGB BHAGWAT LLP, our team’s ongoing education and professional development is of paramount importance. To uphold this, we have established a robust training policy that ensures our audit staff remains informed and proficient in the ever-evolving field of Chartered Accountancy.

Our partners are dedicated to promoting a learning culture and encouraging our audit staff to engage in additional training opportunities to expand their knowledge and mastery. Along with the mandatory training hours required by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, our audit staff is encouraged to attend PGB LLP’s in-house training sessions ( two per month) to fulfill their training requirements.

Our comprehensive training program encompasses regular in-house sessions, periodic updates on pertinent laws and regulations, training sessions hosted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and team-specific training programs.

We fully support our audit staff, including articles, in attending training events organized by ICAI by subsidizing the event fees.

We also have policies for employees that promote taking additional certificate courses from the ICAI or other recognized institutes.
